Sending a Receipt

Once your transaction is complete, you will have the option to send a digital receipt to your customer through email or text message. You will be prompted to enter the customer's email address or phone number upon completion of the transaction. 
With a supported optional thermal printer you can also print receipts, for help with a receipt printer please contact us.

To reprint or resend a receipt, tap the menu
button in the Pymt app.

Then hit
History
Select the date of the desired transaction.









All transactions from the selected date will populate. Choose the desired transaction and hit print to resend a receipt via SMS or Email.
